With a tech background and track record in starting companies in Silicon Valley, John Buckman saw an opportunity to manufacture high-end coffee machines that retail for as much as US$6,000. 

Today, Buckman’s company – Decent Espresso – sells over a million US dollars’ worth of coffee machines and accessories every month. Here’s how he does it with his wife and company co-founder Harriet Harpley from their base in Hong Kong.
